Need Goooood 'How to' Tips between moving West to East?

Contact a realtor in the area you're interested in living. Express to him/her what your ideal community is, what you would like for accomodations and what your price range is. For a small fee the realtor should be able to arrange everything for you. Try to find a place with a month to month lease agreement so that if you aren't satisfied you can mind another apartment with out the headache.
If you're able to travel contact a realtor ahead of arrival and ask to see several differerent apartments. That way you can choose something more suited to you.
