Moving Tips?

But does anyone have any special tips to help me out on my way finding my perfect new home? 3 IMPORTANT tips….
#1. Check the local police department for the crime rate. Apartment communities CANNOT disclose that information.
#2. Check to see if the complex you choose is listed on that is where residents of the complex can write good/bad reviews on the complex. Keep in mind that most people who get on there, had a bad experience. Most of the good reviews are typically posted by management. but if the community has a Roach problem…. you will see LOTS of reviews on that. Then you will know that it is true.
#3. Check the cars in the complex… that can tell you alot about the people who live there. Look at the grounds. is there trash everywhere? how bout the dumpsters? is there couches piled by the dumpsters? that will tell you alot about maintnance.
I could go all day HOWEVER, I am working and cannot! but those are some important ones and I hope I helped
