PT asked:

Moving a 4 month old into her crib from the fisher price glider sleep she currently sleeps in. Had to sleep upright to combat acid reflux. Any suggestions on the move??

They say to try to make it seem like there's less room, so they feel just as safe as in the smaller area.

They feel safer in in-closed areas, so don't put stuffies or blankets or anything that can cause hazards.

Is the acid reflux still an issue? You can elevate the head of the crib if you need so she is still somewhat upright.
My daughter also had acid reflux so we actually swaddled her constantly and let her sleep in her swing!
Around six months she was able to sit up so the reflux subsided and she moved to her crib then. We had no problems though, she actually enjoyed the freedom since she was trying to crawl already!
I would say, keep her really cozy and keep up the rest of the bedtime routine, same lights, music, bath scent, etc. That way the transition isn't as big!
